About
In 2020, after the pandemic began, I decided to apply for my first “formal” job. Since then, I have worked as a software developer at Winpax, a company specialized in software development for the hotel industry.
Since then and until now, I have been assuming more responsibilities, to the point that I now lead the development team.
My Daily Work
The days begin with a daily meeting, where each of the members share their tasks, suggestions, concerns, etc. Then everyone continues working on their assigned task.
We code review daily on code that is about to be deployed in production.
On Fridays, we have a meeting where we program together. In order to learn from each other, share ideas about improvements for the project and enjoy team time.
